Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $70.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
As The Crow Flies Flavorings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help where we can.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
